ST/HR指数在心肌缺血诊断中的应用价值的探讨

A study of Applied Value of ST/HR Index of Exercise ECG in the Diagnosis of Myocardial Ischemia

为探讨ST／HR指数检测冠心病心肌缺血的价值，本文对50例疑为心绞痛的患者行平板试验及静息和运动心肌灌注SPECT显象。并对运动心电图ST／HR指数和心肌显像灌注缺损的关系进行了分析。结果发现：与ST段压低及其它常规分级试验指标相比，ST／HR指数在检测冠心病及其程度上准确性高于ST段压低及其它常规分级运动试验指标。ST／HR指数作为评价心肌缺血指标，能较准确地反映心肌缺血及其程度。

To Study the value of ST/HR index in the diagnosis of myocardial ischemis of caronary heart disease, we gave treadmill exercise electrocardiographies (ECG) and rest and exercise myocardial perfusion singlephone emission computed tomographies t0 50 patients with suspected angina pectoris, and analysed the relationship between ST/HR index of exercise ECG and myocardial perfusion defects. The results showed that: compared with ST Segment depression and the other ECG index of routine graded exercise test, ST/HR index had higher accuracy in reflecting myocardial ischemia and the level of the ischemia.We think ST/HR index can be used as an index of evaluating myocardial ischemia and can precisely reflect myocardial ischemia and the level of the ischemia.
