高泌乳素血症性男性不育的中西医结合治疗103例临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Treatment of Male Infertility Suffering From Hyperprolactinemia by Combined Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Therapy

本文回顾分析过去几年的男性不育病例，选择收集其中103例高泌乳素（PRL）血症与男性弱精不育相关进行临床分析，结果表明：PRL升高与T（睾酮）水平下降导致弱精不育有相关影响，提出中西医结合治疗方法对提高治愈率，缩短疗程，稳定疗效，减少用药量与副作用等方面取得较好效果。

In this articale, the treatment of 103 cases with weak-semen male infertility suffering from hyperprolactinemia were clinically analysed. The results showed that the hypersecretion of prolactin (PRL) and the decreasing T testosterone wiht lead to weak-semen male infertility. The authors suggested that the combined traditional Chinese and Western medicine (TCM-WM) therapy should be adopted. This treatment had the advantages of increasing the cure rate, shortening course of treatment, stabilizing the effectiveness and reducing the side-effect.
