Binswanger病与糖尿病关系的临床研究

A Study on Relationship between Binswanger's Disease and Diabetes

本文报道经MRI确定的Binswanger病（BD）24例．平均年龄68岁，均伴非胰岛素依赖型糖尿病（NIDDM）．糖尿病史3月－10年．特点是以进行性记忆力下降、痴呆或急性卒中起病，脑部症状广泛、严重．MRI除脑室周围白质及半卵园中心显示T1呈低信号、T2呈高信号的散在或融合性病变外，多数有多发性腔隙性脑梗塞。提示糖尿病亦为BD的病因之一。

We reported 24 cases of Binswanger's disease (BD). All of them were confirmed by MRI． They had a History of non－insulin dependent diabetes mellitus from 3months to 10 years．The common characteristics of the onset are progressive memory deficits,dementia or acute stroke．The symptoms of brairment are extensive and severe MRI showed that there were some low signal intensity(T1) and high signal intensity(T2) lesions in periventricular white matter and centra semiovale.Most of them had multiple lacunar infarcte.It is suggested the diabetes is one of the causes of BD.
