组胺H_2受体阻滞剂对再生障碍性贫血患者CFU-TL生长的影响 被引量:3

摘要 采用甲基纤维素半固体培养法,观察了再生障碍性贫血(再障)患者CD8^+细胞对其自身T淋巴细胞集落形成单位(CFU-TL)的影响。实验表明:再障患者外周血单个核细胞CFU-TL形成率较低,去除CD8^+细胞后,其CFU-TL产率明显增高(P<0.01);在培养体系中加入1×10^(-5)mol/L的甲氰咪胍后,其CFU-TL产率也显著提高(P<0.01);甲氰咪胍组与去除CD8^+细胞组比较差异不明显(P>0.05)。提示:再障患者的CD8^+细胞可抑制自身CFU-TL的生长,而这种抑制作用可以被组胺H_2受体阻滞剂甲氰咪胍所阻断。 The effects of CD8+ celis from patients with aplastic anemia (AA) on growth of self T lympho-cyte colony- forming unit (CFU - TL) in vitro were observed. After CD8+ celis of the peripheral mononuclear celis from patients with AA patients were depleted, the number of CFU - TL was much higher than that in control (P<0.01). After 1 × 10 -5 rnol/L cimetidine was added to the culture sys-tem, the number of CFU - TL also increased (P< 0.01). There was no difference between cimetidine group and CD8+ cell depleted group (P>0.05). The results indicated, that the CD8+ celis from patients with AA can significantly suppress the in vitro growth of self CFU - TL, and this inhibitory ef-fect can be blocked by 1 × 10-5 mol/L cimetidine.
