骨髓移植中超低温的免疫学效应

摘要 移植物抗宿主病(GVHD)是骨髓移植的重要并发症与常见死亡原因之一,其发生发展与供体免疫活性T淋巴细胞及细胞因子有密切关系。超低温冻存对T淋巴细胞和细胞因子的产生有肯定的作用。本实验以小鼠为研究对象,仅就这方面有关问题作初步探讨。 材料与方法 小鼠脾细胞 用无菌法取自C57BL小鼠脾脏,分为冻存组(F)与非冻存组(UF)。
