血小板活化机理的研究

摘要 血小板活化(粘附、释放和聚集)的正常与否,在出血性疾病和血栓性疾病中起重要作用。对血小板激活机理的研究一直是热点问题,因为它在临床上与不少疾病,尤其是与常见的血栓性疾病的发病和病理过程有关,而且在细胞生物学和分子生物学中也是重要的研究对象。 60年代初发现ADP可以引起血小板聚集,开辟了研究血小板活化的新纪元。以后陆续发现了引起血小板聚集的ADP释放、花生四烯酸代谢产物和血小板活化因子(PAF)3种途径。
