膨胀珍珠岩保温冒口新工艺在铸钢生产中的应用

摘要 在铸钢生产中成功的应用了膨胀珍珠岩保温冒口新工艺。通过该新工艺的实施,与普通砂型冒口相比,冒口重量缩小约35%—50%,铸件工艺出品率提高到61%—80%,并大大地提高了铸件的内在质量。 A new technology for thermal insulating sinkhcad made of expanding pearlile has been successfully applied in steel casting production, by means of which the weight of sinkhead could be decreased by 35% - 50% and the ratio of finished casting part increased by 61%- 80% with their quality greatly improved.
