针刺配合超声波治疗颞下颌关节紊乱病

Acupuncture and ultrasound therapy for temporomandibular disorders

目的比较针刺配合超声波治疗与超短波治疗颞下颌关节紊乱病(TMD)的治疗效果。方法将68例TMD患者随机分为两组,分别用针刺配合超声波治疗与单纯超短波治疗,比较两组疗效。结果两组疗效有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论针刺配合超声波治疗TMD方法简单、见效快、疗程短,可迅速消除疼痛症状。

This study was designed to compare the therapeutic effect acupuncture in combination with ultrasound therapy with that of ultra short-wave electrotherapy on temporomandibular disorders (TMD). Sixty-eight patients with TMD were rando- mized equally into 2 groups to receive the two treatments respectively, and the therapeutic effects were found to be signifi- cantly different (P<0.05). Acupuncture combined with ultrasound therapy yielded better results in a shorter treatment course.
