Five cases of cyst of Muller duct were reported. Four of which occurred in normal male and the other in association with hermaphroditism. The diagnosis could be established by urethrocytography and/or micturition cystourethrography. The embryogenesis, etiology, classification, pathological and clinical manifestations, diagnosis and treatment were discussed.
