学报编辑的智能结构直接影响学报的质量,高质量的学报有赖于编辑高质量、合理化的知识结构,本文就此展开论述。第一部分从知识结构、能力结构两方面探讨学报编辑的智能结构,第二部分阐述学报编辑知识结构系统性、广博性、开放性特征。

The intellectual structure of editors of learned journals has A direct influence on the quality of learned journals. The present paper centres its discussion around how a learned journal of good quality depends on its editors' quality and rationalized structure of knowledge. The first section, explores the intellectual structure of a journal editor from two perspectives,namely,the structure of knowledge and that of competence. The second section dwells on the characteristics of a journal editor's knowledge structure which can be descrihed as open,extensive and systematic.
