油脂既是日常生活的必需品,也是重要的工业原料。天台山油脂植物资源丰富,大约有293种,本文对其中的99种植物的含油率和油脂用途作了简要介绍,为合理利用这种资源提供了科学依据。
The vegetable of fats. and oils are not only daily necessities,but also important industrial raw materials.The Tiantian Mountains are rich in vegetable fat and oil resources, containing about 293 species. This paperdiscussed the oil contents and the main uses of the 99 species among These, thus providing a scientific evi-dence for utilizing this resources.
