摘要
本试验对葡萄渣的营养成分进行了分析研究,结果表明葡萄渣中含有粗蛋白、粗脂肪、无氮浸出物、矿物质、微量元素等营养成分,是一种营养价值较高的饲料资源。
The nutritive compositions of grape residuce were analysed in the experiment. The result showed that it contained crude protein, crude fat, nitrogen free extraction, minerals and trace elements et al. It was a nutritioas feed.
