摘要
目的 :对熊果酸纳米粒的制备工艺和含量测定方法进行研究 ,并对其质量进行评价。方法 :用不同的方法制备熊果酸磷脂纳米粒 ,确定最佳工艺 ,并对其形态、包封率和pH值等性质进行研究。结果 :熊果酸磷脂纳米粒的平均粒径 3 15 .0nm ,包封率 94.5 % ,pH值 6.3 5。结论 :选择乳化超声法制备熊果酸纳米粒可行 。
Objective:To study the preparation of ursolic acid phospholipid nanoparticals (UA-PL-NP) and the determination of ursolic acid in UA-PL-NP. Then evaluate its quality. Method:The nanoparticles were prepared by different methods. The morphology of UA-PL-NP, the entrapment efficiency, and the pH were investigated. Results:The nanoparticles were spherical with mean size of 315.0 nm and entrapment efficiency was 94.5%. The pH was 6.35. Conclusion:It is practicable and successful to prepare UA-PL-NP by emulsification-ultrasolication method. It provides experimental evidence to develop a novel ursolic acid preparation for intravenous administration.
