我国农村土地制度改革模式的探讨

A survey of the transformative patterns for land systemin the countryside in present day China

农村土地制度的改革是深化农村改革、促进农村经济发展的重要内容。本文通过对农村各种土地制度改革模式的分析，认为土地股份合作制创新了农村土地产权制度，形成了灵活的土地流转机制，促进了土地流转和土地规模经营，是目前我国土地制度改革的较好模式。此外，本文还就如何促进土地流转和规模经营等问题进行系统。

Land system transformation plays an important role in deepening the reform in the countryside in present day China for the purpose of promoting agrarian economic development. This paper attempts an analysis of the various patterns for land system transformation in present day China's countryside, and arrives at the conclusion that the land share cooperation is unique in that it initiates a new type land property rights system that forms a flexible land circulation mechanism which facilitates not only land circulation but also scale land use, thus giving birth to a better pattern for land system transformation in present day China's countryside. Also, ways for activating land circulation and scale land use are proposed.
