本文回顾了恢复法制秩序后我国高校法学教材建设所经历的三个阶段，就某些问题作了若干简要分析，并就提高法学教材质量提出了一些意见或建议。

In this paper are reviewed the three stages of the compilation and publication of law sciences textbooks for use in China's higher learning institutions since China resumed law and order,with brief analysis of some problems.Also,suggestions for higher quality of these textbooks are presented.
