我国利用普惠制的探讨

A probe into the situation in which GSP is being untilized in China

目前我国在利用普惠制中还存在着诸如地区利用不平衡、签证管理乱以及不够重视等问题。随着世界经济区域化和贸易保护主义的加强，又带来新的挑战和影响。本文在探讨上述问题的同时，提出了我国应采取的相应对策。

The Generalized System of Preferences (GSP) involves preferential tariff treatment granted to developing countries by developed countries for commodities exportation. At present, there exist such problems in China's effort to utilize GSP as imbalance in its utilization in different regions, chaos in administrative operation in signing and issuing certificates of origin, and insufficient importance attached to its utilization. With the further developement of regionalization of world economy and with the continuous intensfication of worldtrade protectionism, 'China's foreign trade is facing new challenges and also greater resistance. This paper makes an investigation into the problems mentioned above and proposescorresponding countermeasures to be taken by China'
