摘要
文章通过对普通精密车床配备弹性多齿盘改装为陀螺框架孔系专用加工镗床全过程的总结,表明了这种利用普通设备实现精密加工在实际应用中具有现实意义。同时通过实际调试,使用表明机床工作的稳定程度,对精密加工具有重大意义。
By refitting an elastic multi-gear disk, the common precise machine can be changed into a special-purposse borer for machining the holes on gyro′s gimbal. This paper gives the summary of the refitting process and shows that this method is of practical significance in engineering. Adjusting and utilizing the machine in practice, we have the knowledge about the stability of its performance and that will give an important hand to the field of precise machining.
