小儿病毒性心肌炎心功能及血管紧张素Ⅱ观察

Observation of cardiac function and concentration of Angioten Ⅱsuffering from viral myocarditis in children

本文对２１例轻型病毒性心肌炎用脉冲多普勒超声心动围观察其发病时和经治疗３个月时的心功能变化，观察结果未发现轻型心肌炎的心功能有显著变化。同时，还对心肌炎患儿作了血浆血管紧张素Ⅱ（ＡＴ－Ⅱ）浓度测定有心脏增大组较无心脏增大组有显著差异，为临床对心肌炎的诊断和治疗提供了参考。

The changes of cardiac function in 21 patients stffering for viral myocarditis at the first onset or after 3 monthes treatment were observed by means Of pulsewave doppler ultrasonic cardigraphy. No significant changeswere found in mild type of myocarditis. The plasma concentration of AngiotensinⅡ (AT-Ⅱ ) was determined in somechildren with myocarditis. The results showed that AT-Ⅱconcentration was higher in cardiac enlargement group thanthat in group with normal cardiac shape in myocarditis. Theresult of our study should have referential value as clinicaldiagnosis and treatment of myocarditis.
