144例室间隔缺损修补术体会

Experierce of repairing of ventricnlar septal defect (VSD) in 144 patients

本文报告了１４４例室间隔缺损（ＶＳＤ）修补术的体会。其中婴幼儿７２例（占５０％），体重１０ｋｇ以下５０例（占３５％）；直视缝闭１０４例补片修补４０例；手术取得良好结果，手术死亡率１．４％。作者从手术时机的选择、修补方法及补片材料的应用三个方面谈谈体会。

Abstract: In our hospital, repairing of ventricular septal defect(VSD) had been done in 144 patients since.Jannary 1993 to December 1995. Among therm, 72 noes are infants (50 % ) and 50 ones Of which weight less than 10 Kilogram (35 % ). There are 40 patients which VSD was repaired by putting a patch. In which of them. Pericardium had been usde in 24 ones. Consesutive suture was used in all the repairing which a patch was putted.The result is very good. The operative mortality is only 1. 4 percentage.
