法乐氏四联症根治术39例报告

Primary repari of Tetralogy of Fallot a report of 39 cases

本文报导自１９９２年１２月～１９９５年１２月法乐氏四联症根治术３９例。其中一岁以内１４例；１～３岁１７例；４～６岁４例；成人４例。手术死亡４例（死亡率１０．２５％）。存活的３５例，术后效果满意。文中重点讨论了以心包片作室缺修补连续缝合的体会，右室流出道疏通的经验以及术中测量右室一肺动脉跨瓣差的意义。

Abstract:From Dec 1992 to Dec.1995, 39 patients with Tetralogy of Fallot underwent primary repair, their are 14 cases under 1 year of age; 17 cases between 1 to 3;4 cases between 4 to 6:4 cases of adult. With 4 cases died perioperatively(Mortality 10.25% ).the other got good results. The method of enlarging the right ventricular outflow tract (RVOT)is presented. The advantages of repairing ventricular septal defect using autopricaudial patches with continuous suture and the importance of measuring the pressure degree between the right ventricle and pulmonary artery after operation are discussed.
