摘要
运用Heath-Carter体型法,探讨了健身运动对中年女性体型的影响。结果显示:健身组内胚层值小于安静组,中胚层值高于安静组;从体型分布中可以看出,健身组内胚型类体型比例较安静组下降,中胚型类体型比例较安静组升高。这表明健身运动可使中年女性体脂含量维持在较低水平,同时也能减缓骨骼肌肉的退化,保持良好的线性度。
The effects of body exercises on somatotype of middle aged women are studied by the Heath-Carter soma-totyping method. The results show that the value of endomorphy in body exercising group is smaller than that of the control group, but the value of mesomorphy is bigger. Endomorphy of body exercising group on the somatochart decreases and mesomorphy increases than that of the control group. It is concluded that the women who do body exercises can keep low body fat, slow down the degeneration of skeletons and muscles, and keep a fine lines.
