在成都街头,只要听见“咚,咚,咚!”连续三响,不用叫卖,人们就知道这里在卖民间小吃“三大炮”。还是孩提时,我就遍尝了成都的各种小吃,春饼、椒盐棕子、担担面、珍珠元子、卤肉夹锅魁、叶儿粑。
Local snack and refreshments in Chengdu can be traced back to hundreds of years ago and have now developed hundreds of varieties: xiaochi varieties generally were reserved dishes of households which opened their businesses on or along the streets. The preparing, cooking and seasoning processes were so eye-catching and often, bud-catching as well. At a time when westem fast food or buffet arrest public attention, the love for local xiaochi remains in Chengdu people.
