摘要 风味小吃是市井文化的鲜明体现之一。以中国烹调术的悠久和广泛,可以这么说:但凡人口密集之地,无论大城小镇,莫不有自己独具特色的风味小吃。那些素以小吃驰名的城市,小吃本身固然精彩,但交通旅游、口碑传媒方面的优势,也是重要原因。白居易说:“寒地生材遗较易,贫家养女嫁常迟”,确是普遍规律。但随着当今旅游业的发展,无数“寒地良材”和“贫家好女”已脱颖而出,不让那些久享盛誉者专美了。云贵高原上的山城贵阳。 Snacking dishes in local flavours reflect vividly local folk life. In Guiyang you find a large variety of snacking dishes, all of which are intended to be hot and appetizing. Changwang Noodles, appealing in colour, fragrance and taste, are the favorate of the Guiyang people. But it is the 'love toufu bun' (lian'ai doufu guo) that claims the largest group of eaters. The small spring rolls(popularly called silk baby), the Leis' toufu balls, sticky rice cakes in lotus leafs, rice noodles, flavored baozi are among the most popular. Recent years have seen snacking dishes from other areas landing in Guiyang. Snacking dishes in Guiyang have attracted not only local people and domestic visitors, but some foreign tourists will give up the refined dishes with the hotels to try local snacking dishes one after another.
