摘要
四川宜宾地区河流众多,水能可开发量为716万千瓦。改革开放以来,在宜宾地区水利电力局领导和职工的努力下,综合开发和治理成绩显著,已修建各类水利工程3.39万处,建成各类小水电站117个,拥有水、火电装机11.3万千瓦,年发电4.3亿千瓦时,治理水土流失面积1602平方公里,水产品年产1.3万吨,兴办水利水电综合经营实体6200个,取得了明显的生态效益和经济效益。为了更好地开发资源保护生态环境,宜宾地区水利电力局已规划出近期开发的项目,愿与海内外投资者合作。

The prectural hydro-eletric power administration has made comprehensive exploitation and harness of the its hydropower potential. In order to make full use of its abundant resources and protect the ecological environment. The Yibin Hydro-eletric Power Adminitration has singled out a series of projets for recent development. Both domestic and overseas investors are expected for joint development.
