摘要
利用比色法对柴酮片中总黄酮进行含量测定,其最大吸收波长为510nm,线性范围0.103～0.516mg/10ml,相关系数0.9995,平均回收率为100.3％,变异系数为1.02％。本法操作简便、精密度高。
A colorimctric method was applied to the determination of the content of general Flavones in Chaitong tablets with λmax of 510nm, linearity range of 0. 103 - 0. 516mg/10ml, r value of 0. 9995, the mean recovery rate of 100. 30% , and R. S. D value of 1. 02%. This method was proved to be simple and accurate.
