国产乳酸环丙沙星注射液临床疗效分析

应用中国药科大学制药厂生产的乳酸环丙沙星注射液治疗呼吸系感染,临床痊愈率为75.6％,有效率为96.9％;治疗泌尿系感染,临床痊愈率为96.7％,有效率为100％。细菌清除率为96.7％。纸片法药 敏试验显示对常见G^+菌及G^-杆菌均有较强抗菌活性,敏感率达97.6％。对G-杆菌疗效更好。毒副作用有胃肠道不适、皮疹等,发生率占6.5％。

Ciprofloxacin was used in the treatment of lower respiratory and urinary infections intra-venously. It is a new medicine produced by the China Pharmaceutical University Pharmaceutical Co. The re-sults were as follows: clinical complete recovery for respiratory infections was 75. 6%, and that for urinary in-fections was 96.7%, Improvements were 96. 9% and 100% respectively. Bacterial eradication rate was96. 7%. The sensitivity test of bacteria by paper slide revealed that it was sensitive both for Gram-positiveand Gram-negative bacteria, but better for Gram-negative bacteria. The side effects were few and mild. Thecommonest side effects were gastro-intestinal disorders and skin rash. The incidence was 6.5%.
