摘要 为降低护理人力资源管理的成本,笔者分析了护理人力资源的管理成本,包括护理人力资源原始成本,护理人力资源重置成本:岗前准备成本,人员流动成本,人力资源闲置成本,人员培训成本。阐述了降低管理成本的措施:加强人力资源规划,减少护理人力资源引进成本;合理培养和使用护理人员,减少护理人员闲置成本;健全激励约束机制,减少人才流失成本;控制护理人员的调配;降低护理人员的培训成本。 To reduce the cost of nursing human resources management, the authors analyzes in the paper the structure of the costs, which consists of primary management cost, replacement cost, training cost before going to work, staff flowing cost, idle human resources cost and staff training cost. Besides, they come up with the measures to reduce the management cost, like enhancing the planning of human resources, reducing the cost of introducing nurses, reducing the idle nursing resources cost by fostering and using nursing staff reasonably, reducing the cost by talent'running off by way of completing encouraging and controlling mechanism and reducing the cost for training nursing staff by controlling the replacement.
