摘要
本文通过对“ＹＸＪ型游泳训练测试仪”与众多陆上和水中力量训练方法的比较分析研究，进一步考察该仪器的功能及训练效果。
Through comparing,analysing and studying the 'YXJ model swimming training testing instrument' with other land and water strength training methods,this essay has investigated its function and training effect.
