摘要
原地起跳对许多运动项目都很重要.原地起跳所借助的推动力,就是地面对人体产生的支承反力,离此别无他途。因此增大这一支承反力就是技术关键所在。本文分析了原地起跳的力学过程,提出了改进技术的意见。
Standing jump-up is very important for some sports items. The motive force for jump-up is the supporting resistant force from ground to the suporter,no other source exists. Therefore,it is fateful for the technic to amplify the resistant force. This paper analyses the mechanical process of standing jumping-up,and put forward some ideas about the improvement of this technic.
