晚期甲状腺癌患者手术前后的护理

Preoperative and postoperative nursing of patient with late thyroid carcinoma

目的探讨晚期甲状腺癌患者手术前后的临床护理方式及特点。方法对13例晚期甲状腺癌患者的术前做好急救护理、心理护理以及术前准备;术后做好生命体征观察、体位及鼻饲管的护理、呼吸道的护理、术后并发症的观察护理。结果13例患者中,1例发生创口出血,1例发生乳糜漏,1例发生食管吻合口瘘,均经及时治疗与护理后痊愈,10例术后顺利恢复。结论对晚期甲状腺癌患者作及时的救治护理、细致的心理护理、充分的术前准备、术后密切的病情观察和正确护理,是减少并发症,提高手术成功率及促进患者早日康复的重要措施。

Objective To explore the mode and characteristics of clinical nursing before and after operation of late thyroid carcinoma. Methods 13 cases of late thyroid carcinoma received preoperative emergent nursing, mental nursing, preoperative preparation and postoperative observations of vital signs, posture nursing, nursing of nasal feeding tube, respiratory tract nursing, observation and nursing of postoperative complications. Results 10 of 13 cases recovered favorably. 1 case was complicated with wound bleeding, 1 with chyle leakage and 1 with anastomosis fistula of esophagus. All of them got recovered by treatment and nursing in time. Conclusion The key measures like timely treatment, mental care, thorough preoperative preparation, postoperative close observation of conditions are important for the improvement of operation success rate and early rehabilitation of patients with late thyroid carcinoma.
