A Probe into "Visual-follow" in Improving the Rate of Volleyball's Service Reception Success

接发球是排球比赛中的一项很重要的基本技术。接发球水平的高低直接影响到比赛的胜负。笔者根据自己的排球运动实践以及结合平时在教学和训练中积累的经验，并通过实验，得出结论，即“视觉跟踪”是提高排球接发球水平的重要因素。

The service reception is a very important basic technique in the volleyball competitions. Whether the service reception is good has direct effect on the outcome of the competition. According to his own practice and experience accumulated during the course of the teaching and training, the author comes to a conclusion through experiments-'Visual - follow' is the important factor which improves the rate of the volleyball's service reception success.
