培养学生学习兴趣可采用很多方法，比较常用的有：寓教于乐；高潮性的活动；避免鼓励过份；避免失败。教师在制定体育教学计划时，应把培养学生学习的兴趣包括进去，教育的目的是激起学生学习的愿望。
