现代化是世界各国人民不断追求和实现的目标。现代化建设的关键是人才素质的现代化，而人才素质的现代化又在于教育对人才的培养。体育教育作为学校教育中的重要组成部分，如何在现代化建设过程中培养出适应社会发展的现代化建设人才，本文对此做了初步探讨。

Modernization is the aim of constant pursuit and realization for all the people in the world. The crux of modernization construction lies in the modernization of the talent's quality, however, it consists in modern personnel training. This article initially probes into how physical education, an important part of school education, cultivates modern talents suitable to our modern society in the course of modernization construction.
