本文就１９９５年全国甲级女排在湖南郴州冬训期间，７支女队后排攻技术及问题进行了初步分析。

This article makes some discussion and analysis on the backspiking technology and some current problems of our seven first-grade women volleyball teams, which were found in teh winter training in Chen Zhou, Hunan Province.
