摘要
后蹬力是短跑主要的动力来源,是推动人体前进的基本条件。决定跑速的主要因素是步长与步频。然而后蹬角度的大小,对后蹬力的利用率,对步长与步频都将产生影响。后蹬角度大,对后蹬力的利用率、对步长与步频都会起消极的作用。本文主要对如何减小后蹬角度,以利于改进短跑技术,提高短跑运动成绩作一些探讨。
The strength of the rear leg which is essential to push the body forward is the main sours of movement. The decisive elements during the dash are the length and the speed of the strides. However,the size of the angle of the rear leg and the use of its strength can also influene the length and the speed of the strides.If the angle of the rear leg is big, then it will bring about negative results in the strength of the rear leg and the length of the speed of the strides. This essay probes into tile reduction of the angle of the strength of the rear leg so as to improve the running skills and to achiece a better result during the dash.
