The causes of influencing and restricting the achievements of clinical nursing management and countermeasures

笔者报道影响和制约临床护理管理绩效的因素及对策。分析其因素有:管理者缺乏创新思维;对专业价值体现认识不足;管理方法中缺少“人性”。采用相应的对策有:转变思维模式,掌握创新方法;体现专业价值,发展护理学科;坚持以人为本,科学实施管理。

The authors in the paper reported the causes of influencing and restricting the achievements of clinical nursing management and countermeasures, believing by analysis that the administrator'lack of creative ideas, their lack of recognition of nursing values, absence of 'humanism' in practice of management. They advocate such countermeasures as transition of thinking modes, mastery of creative methods, development of nursing science by embodying of nursing specialty values, persistence of 'taking humanism as foundation', and performance of scientific management.
