摘要
用少量硫酸拌和物料,在两段温度下烘样、烧结,使铜、锡分别转化为易溶性硫酸铜和难溶性二氧化锡,经稀酸浸取将锡、铜有效分离。本工艺与其它全火法和全湿相比,分离效果更好,成本更低。
The slag mixed with a small amount sulphuric acid of was hotted successively within two scope of temperature from 110℃ to 150℃and from 300℃ to 450℃, making copper to change into dissoluble copper sulphate and tin to change into non-dissoluble tin dioxide.By dilute acid dissolving,both(copper and tin) separated from each other.the separating effect was better and cost was less which comparaed with other metallurgical technique.
