摘要
本文指出了造成步进底式轧钢加热炉内钢坯“跑偏”的三个基本原因是步进底水平运动轨迹与炉子中心线不平行,步进底和固定底工作面不平及坯料不规则.分析了影响这三个基本原因的多种因素.提出了为解决坯种“跑偏”问题在操作、设计、制造、安装等方面可采取的处理方法.
Abstract In the paper three basic causes of slanting the billets in the walking hearth furnace are pointed; horizontal moving path of walking hearth are not parallel with centre line of the furnace; working surfaces of walking hearth and fixed hearth are not fiat and smooth; billets are not regular. Factors affecting this three hasic causes are analysed. The measures of preventing slanting the billets are posed, in the operating, design, manufacture and installing etc.
