端粒酶在宫颈癌诊断上的应用及常见问题被引量：1

摘要端粒酶在宫颈癌中有高比例的表达 ,因此可能是一个很好的肿瘤分子标记物 ,可用做宫颈癌的辅助诊断。但在临床中用TRAP法检测端粒酶活性时 ,会由于各种原因而导致结果误差 ,如能够注意到这些问题 ,将提高端粒酶检测的正确性。
