Tenascin在宫颈鳞癌组织中的表达及其意义

Expression and significance of tenascin in human squamous cervical carcinoma

目的 探讨Tenascin(TN)在宫颈鳞癌组织中的表达及其意义。方法 采用免疫组化方法检测了10例正常宫颈、15例宫颈上皮内瘤 (CIN)及 4 8例宫颈鳞癌活检和术后标本的TN表达。结果 TN表达在正常宫颈 +CIN组与宫颈癌组间 (P <0 .0 0 1)、高分化鳞癌与中低分化鳞癌 (P <0 .0 5 )、盆腔淋巴结阳性与阴性组间 (P <0 .0 1)统计学有显著性差异。结论 TN表达可能对宫颈鳞癌间质浸润的评估有指导性意义 ,而且TN染色增强可能预示着生物防御机制的建立和良好的预后。

Objective To investigate the expression of tenascin in human squamous cervical carcinoma and it's significance. Methods The expression of tenascin in paraffin-bedded biopsy and surgical specimens of normal cervical tissue(10cases),cervical intraepithelial neoplastic lesions(CIN)(15cases)and invasive squamous cervical cacinoma(48cases)was tested by using immunohistochemistry. ResultsI Statistical significance of tenascin expression was observed between normal cervical tissue, cervical intraepithelial neoplastic lesions and invasive squamous cervical cacinoma(P<0.001), in various grade of invasive squamous cervical cacinoma(P<0.05), and in the different status of pelvic lymph node metastases(P<0.01). Conclusion Tenascin expression may be useful in the evaluation of stromal invasion in cancer of the uterine cervix, furthermore, increasing of tenascin immunostain may suggest the establishment of adequate biological defense and better clinical outcome in cervical cancer patients.
