摘要
用玻球法测定大蒜素、海波和联合给药对人血小板粘附功能的作用。实验结果指出,大蒜素、海波和联合给药组均能降低血小板粘附率(AdhR)(P<0.01),联合给药组效果更显著。提示大蒜素和海波联合使用其作用可优越于单独给药。
The effect of allitradi and sodium thiosulfate (STS) and their combinations on human platelet adhesion were tested by the glass flush method, The results showed that the rate of platelet adhesion with allitradi, STS and combinations were reduced ( P <0. 01). It is concluded that the effects of allitradi combinating with STS on antiplatelet are greater than those of each alone.
