摘要
对164例血管性头痛患者进行了经颅多普勒颅内主要动脉平均血流速度测定。结果显示血管性头痛患者的平均血流速度明显高于正常人。提示血管性头痛与颅内动脉的痉挛密切相关。
164 patients with blood vessel headache (BVH) were examined by using transcranial Doppler for the mean flow velocity (MFV) of the main arteries. The result showed that MFV was evidently higher tn the patients with BVH than that of the healthy persons. It was indicated that BVH was closely relative to tic of the intracranial arteries.
