陶瓷尘对工人小气道功能的影响

Effect of Ceramic Dust on the Small Airways Function in Workers

选择接触陶瓷粉尘工人339名和非接触者329名,对其小气道功能进行了测定。结果显示,无论吸烟与否,接尘工人小气道各指标实测值、实测值占预计值百分比均低于对照组,除V_(25)外均有显著差别(P<0.01),各项指标的异常率均高于对照组。提示陶瓷尘对工人的小气道功能有一定影响。

The small airways function were.measured from 339 workers exposed to ceramic dust and 329 nonexposed. The results showed that comparing with the control group the exposure workers, whether smoking or not, had significantly lower prevalence of small airways function (PEF, Vsi)and V,s) of measured and their percent predicted values (P<0. 01), and significantly higher levels of abnormalities of all markes. It is concluded that ceramic dust has effect on small airways function of workers.
