白酒对角叉菜胶所致大鼠尾部血栓形成的影响 被引量:13

摘要 目的 观察白酒对角叉菜胶所致大鼠尾部血栓长度及其对凝血功能、纤溶功能的影响。方法 将大鼠随机分为 6组 :模型对照组、正常对照组、阿司匹林组、白酒低、中、高剂量组 ,每组各 10只。灌胃时间 4个月 ,除正常对照组外 ,其他 5组均用角叉菜胶构建尾部血栓模型 ,观察不同时间的黑尾长度 ,抽静脉血查PT、FB、TT、PAI、t-PA。结果  2 4及 48h后 ,白酒中、高剂量组与模型对照组、阿司匹林组、白酒低剂量组相比黑尾长度延长 ,P <0 0 5 ;模型对照组、白酒高剂量组与正常对照组相比PT值显著延长 ,P <0 0 1,白酒中剂量组与正常对照组相比PT值延长 ,P <0 0 5 ,白酒低剂量组与模型对照组相比PT值缩短 ,P <0 0 5 ;白酒中剂量组与正常对照组相比FB值显著升高 ,P <0 0 1,其余各组与正常对照组相比FB值升高 ,P <0 0 5 ;白酒高、中剂量组与正常对照组相比PAI值升高 ,P <0 0 5。结论 本实验说明中量及大量白酒能增强角叉菜胶所致大鼠血栓形成作用 ,少量白酒与口服阿司匹林对角叉菜胶所致大鼠尾部血栓形成无明显影响。 Objective To observe effects of spirit on length of thrombus in rat’s tails and effects of spirit on coagulation and fibrinolysis. Methods The rats were randomly allocated into six groups;the model control group,the normal control group;the aspirin group;the low dose spirit group;the moderate dose spirit group;and the high dose spirit group.Each group had 10 rats.After the rats were fed for 4 monthes,besides the normal control group,other 5 groups were used to estabish tail-thrombus models with carrageenan.Then observe the length of dark tails at different time.After the models were established for 72 hours,the blood in vein was drew to observe PT,FB,TT,PAI and t-PA. Results After 24 and 48 hours dark tails of moderate and high dose spirit groups were longer than those of model control group,aspirin group and low dose spirit group's P<0.05.PT of model control group,high dose spirit group was longer than that of normal control group.P<0.01.PT of moderate dose spirit group was longer than that of the normal control group.P<0.05.PT of the low dose spirit group was shorter than that of the model control group.P<0.05.FB of the moderate dose spirit group was higher than that of the normal control group.P<0.01.FB of other groups was higher than that of the normal control group.P<0.05.PAI of the high dose spirit group,moderate dose spirit group was higher than that of the normal control group.P<0.05.And there didn't exist any significant difference among other groups,and there was no significant difference in t-PA among groups. Conclusions The experiment proved:moderate and high dose spirit can enhance the formation of thrombus in rats caused by carrageenan.Low dose spirit and oral aspirin have no obvious effect on the formation of thrombus in rat's tails.
