摘要
At the invitation of the Chinese Association for In-ternational Understanding,a four-member Rotary delega-tion from Sydney led by Mr.Tony Castley made a good-will visit to China during De-cember 1-10,1996 with the purpose of seeing the poverty conditions of Binxian Coun-ty,Shaanxi Province,in order to help facilitate its poverty-eradication work.
