活性污泥法处理柠檬酸酸洗锅炉废水研究 被引量:4

摘要 本文采用东区污水处理厂活性污泥作为驯化用种泥,其生活污水作为驯化用水。控制污泥沉降比SV_(30)30%左右,pH 7.5~8.0,溶解氧DO 4.0~5.0mg/L,水温15~25℃,驯化并处理上海石洞口发电厂1000t/h直流炉柠檬酸清洗废水。试验结果表明:当进口COD_(cr)浓度在2000mg/L以下时,COD_(cr)的去除率可达85~90%,效果较好。 Taking the activated sludge of Shanghai East - part Sewage Treatment Plant as domesticating sludge seed, and the domestic sewage of that as domesticating water, tests have been made under the condition that the subsidence ratio of sludge was controlled around 30% (SV30), pH 7.5 - 8.0, dissolved oxygen (DO) 4.0 - 5.0 mg/L, water temperature 15 - 25 C. The citric acid waste water arising from washing the once-through boiler of 1000t/h in Shanghai Shidongkou Power Plant has been treated and domesticated. The result indicates that when the inlet CODCr concentration is lower than 2 000 mg/L, the removing ratio of CODCr can be 85 - 90%, so the effect is good.
