中年人是国家四化建设的一支重要力量。本文针对人到中年各器官功能逐渐下降的状况提出了中年人健身锻炼要讲究科学,注意安全的适量运动以达到增强体质的目的。
The middle-aged people serve as an important force in the construction of the four-modernizations of our country. As a functional decline in bodily organs in this period, it's esse-natial for them to choose the right and scientific way to take exercises so as to keep vigor-ous and healthy.
