Determination for heat-transfer coefficient in CC rollers

摘要 本文根据连铸机辊子的实际工况将辊子内、外表面分成传导传热区、对流换热区和辐射—对流综合换热区,并利用在距辊子表面3mm处所测的温度变化曲线,通过辊子换热的平衡方程推导出了每一区域的综合传热系数及其表面温度的表达式。为正确计算辊子的温度场、热应力提供了较为可靠的依据。 According to the actual working situation,the inner and outer surface of CC rollers may be divided into three areas, that is the heat conduction area,convection area and radiation-convection area. By use oi the temperature variation curve measured practically at 3mm from outer surface of roller,the comprehensive heat-transfer coefficient in each area and the expression of the surface temper-ature were derived through the equilibrium equation of heat convection of rollers. The reliable basis for calculating temperature field and thermal stress in the rollers have been provided in this paper.
