唐钢二炼钢厂全连铸工艺设计

摘要 本文着重分析了与连铸工序相关的上下工序间的衔接与匹配关系,说明了唐钢二炼钢在拥有多台小方坯连铸条件下实现全连铸的可行性和工艺布置,指出二炼钢厂在实现175××10~4t/a全连铸后仍存在着巨大的潜力。 In this paper,we have put emphases on the analysis for the linking ami matching relations between continuous casting process and it's forward ana backward ones,and expounded the feasibility to realize the fully continuous casting and the layout of it under multiple continuous casters for billets at the 2nd Steelmaking Plant Tangshan Iron & Steel Co. The conclusion is drawn that there still exists a great potential productivity in the 2nd Steelmaking Plant after realized fully continuous casting of 175×104t/a.
