摘要
连铸坯与结晶器间摩擦力是反映铸坯表面质量、优化工艺参数和进行拉漏预报的有效参数。本文通过对连铸小方坯与结晶器摩擦力的测量,分析了结晶器状态、冷却水量、液面波动、暂停拉坯以及设备、工艺、操作等因素对此摩擦力的影响。
The friction between billet and mold is an effective parameter reflecting billet surface quality, optimizing technologic parameters and predicting breaking out. Through test for the friction between CC billet and mold,this article has analysed the effect of the factors on this friction, such as situation of mold,flow of cooling water, fluctuating of meniscas level, pause of casting and installation, technology and operation etc.
